June25 Day3 Visit Potala palace and Jokhang temple & Barkhor Streets, Jokhang temple is the oldest temple in Lhasa which has history since 7th century. Inside there is the famous statue of Buddha brought from China by princess Wencheng. Also there are lots of old murals and statutes to see. Then walk around the Barkhor Bazaar.

June26 Day4 visit Phabongkha monastery which is on a hill 10 km away from Lhasa. There you can visit the monastery where the first Tibetan letter was written on the stone. There you may see the sky burial. Then one hour hiking from the monastery till the nunnery Chupsang where you can see nuns doing their prayer in the small assembly hall. Let us have a local Tibetan lunch there (free) if you like then drive to Sera monastery where we will see the afternoon debating of monks, and we drive back to Lhasa (5km) and we walk to visit the Ani Tsankhung Nunnery (http://www.tibetctrip.com/lhasa-Attractions/Ani-Tsankhung-Nunnery.html)
