Tibetan restaurant meets New York diner seems an unlikely combo, but Snowland manages to feel just like that and is frequented by Tibetan elites and international travelers alike. The yak pepper steak, croquette-like potato momos, naan, dumplings, and crêpes suzette are all recommended.
