Aug.3 Day01 Get to Lhasa [ 3650m] by train from Xi’ning, train station to hotel transfer (Tony, the tour guide and driver will meet you in train station), o/n in Thangka Hotel (good one, near Jokhang Temple and inside Barkhor region)
Aug.4 Day02 guided sightseeing tour In Lhasa: Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Bazaar, Sera Monastery, one welcome dinner with Tibetan dancing and culture show (I’d love to meet your tour party)
Aug.5 Day03 guided sightseeing tour In Lhasa: Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery
Aug.6 Day04 final day on your own arrangements in Lhasa (but not allowed to visit any monasteries or temples by yourselves if without tour guide who has to show and help you check in sites)
Aug.7 Day05 Lhasa-Lake Yamdrok Tso-Gyantse (Pelkhor Monastery and Kumbum Pagoda)-Shigatse (accommodation is better than in Gyantse)
Aug.8 Day06 Shigatse [ 3900m ] 90km (Tashilhunpo Monastery and local free market), o/n in Manasarovar hotel
Aug.9 Day07 Shigatse [ 3900m ] - Shegar [New Tingri] [ 4050m ]-Rongphu Monastery 350 km , get closer to Base Camp, o/n in guesthouse (best one)
Aug.10 Day08 Rongphu [ 5140m ]-Everest Base Camp ( 8 km trek or by local mini bus)-Rongphuk, one more night in RBK guesthouse (to be sure that we have enough time to see the clear mountain peaks)
Aug.11 Day09 Rongphu [ 5000m ]-Old Tingri [ 4390m ]-Zhangmu, 250 km , o/n in Zhangmu hotel or Caiyuan Hotel (best one in Border)
Aug.12 Day10 Zhangmu [ 2300m ]- Kodari - Kathmandu [ 1400m ] 123km (Our Nepal side staff will arrange the border transfer to Kathmandu, private vehicle, driver and guide), Evening Cultural Program with Nepali Dinner. O/n at Hotel of Manang or similar nice one
Aug.13 Day11 KTM sightseeing tour After Breakfast sightseeing program of Swyambhunath Stupa, called monkey temple as well, then Tour of Patan City an old city with so many temples then after Tour of Kathmandu Durbarsquare, temples, Kumari a living goddess and many more. O/n
