Dear tony, I have just made it back to London. The trip was the most wonderful experience. We encountered absolutely no problems. Your planning was faultless.
In Tibet our guide basson and driver dorgen were fantastic the spread restrictions held us up a bit but meant we were able to see more of the country side. And the train trips just got better and better. Trip from Lhasa to Lanzhou was an experience I will always remember and the train from Lanzhou to dunhuang, with the dancing girls and excellent Chinese wine and food..... That took things to another level.
