We were lucky to have Tibet Ctrip Travel Service arrange our Tibet Everest Base Camp Adventure. TCTS designed the best itinerary cooperating the driving policy and the road condition. We were able to have lots chances to visit Everest and shoot lots of nice photos.

July 19 Day1   fly from Chongqing to Lhasa by Sichuan airline 3U8633, 7:25am-10:10am; Get to Lhasa, (transfer to Lhasa by shuttle bus by yourself) to hotel, I will meet you at bus stop and take you to the Baiyun family hostel,   rest for high altitude acclimatization  

July 20 Day2   One free day to walk around (you could easily hire a bike to bike around), hotel as above

July 21 Day3   Lhasa Highlight day tour: visit Potala palace from outside (not go in the touristy place)    Jokhang Temple and Barkhor streets, Tibetan tea house    budget family guesthouse as above

July 22 Day4   Lhasa-Shigatse city-Shegar Town (it is closer to Everest), o/n in local budget hotel (breakfast included)

July 23 Day5   Shegar-E.B.C (5200m), Landscape along the way, Campsite view to Mountain Everest   Campsite Tent

July 24 Day6    E.B.C-Shigatse city   EB.C 4-8km trek, view to peak of Everest, driving back 3 star hotel—Shigatse Manasarovar Hotel

July 25 Day7       Shigatse-Gyantse (90km)-Karola Glacier-Yamdrok-Lhasa    Pelkhor Monastery+Kumbum Pagoda, Karola Glacier, Lake Yamdrok, o/n in guesthouse

July 26 Day8      Hotel to railway transfer, take the train T24 to Chengdu, 11:45 AM

July27 Day9 travel on the train

July28 Day10 arrival at Chengdu at 8:16am
