 Option 01 One day to Drepung and Sera Monastery
After breakfasts in hotel, we will drive to west Lhasa city section (about 11km) and take a visit to the Drepung Monastery, which was once the world's largest monastery. Housing 10,000 monks, Drepung monastery lies hidden in between the rocky ridges which are just beyond the city. Surprisingly much of the building was left untouched many years.

In the afternoon, the site we will visit is Sera Monastery, a fifteenth century sprawl of golden roofs and whitewashed walls. This well preserved monastery is located just 5km to North of Lhasa city and is home to several hundred lamas. Its famous debating activities happen around 3-4pm quite regularly every working day and we will not give it a miss.

 Option 02 One day to Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Streets
Today what we will visit in Lhasa is the vital Potala Palace and the Jokhang Temple with her vicinities. After your breakfast at hotel, your Tibetan tour guide and driver will meet you in your hotel lobby around 8:40am and we will drive to visit Potala Palace. We need to be ready to check in at least 40 minutes in advance and the sightseeing takes no more than 1 hour inside the Palace, however we will walk about half hour up and after the sightseeing we will walk about 15 minutes down. Well another visit we will take from 3pm to 4:30pm is to Jokhang Temple which locoates at Barkhor Bazaar. This temple is the most revered shrine in Tibet and is constantly bustling with devout worshippers. We will also be given the opportunity to shop in Barkor Bazaar, the crowded central market in ancient section of Lhasa where is the residence of many local people.

 Option 03 One day to Norbulinka Park, Tibet Museum, and Barkhor Streets

Today we will visit Norbulinka Park, Tibet Museum and Barkhor streets. After your breakfast at hotel, your private Tibetan tour guide and driver will meet you in your hotel lobby around 8:30am and we will drive to Norbulinka. This visit takes about 1 and half hours. After the sightseeing we will walk directly to visit the Tibet Museum where we will spend about one and a half hours. Around 12:30 we are going to have lunch in a restaurant in Deji Road and we will have couple of hours leisure time. In the afternoon from 3 pm to 6 pm, we are going to enjoy the sightseeing and walking tour in Barkhor streets. Norbulingka Park is the largest and grandest garden in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with the highest gardening level artistic level. It borrowed the architectural style from the inland areas of China while maintaining and reflecting the local ethnic religious and natural features. It has been preserved intact until now and was never damaged or changed in history. The Barkhor street market provides tourist a pivotal insight in multiple aspects of Tibetan culture by the vast assortments of authentic Tibetan products easily available to purchase at the visitors discretion. The Barkhor market is constantly alive and thriving with activity as the countless vendors and shops present a utopia of local Tibetan arts, crafts and cultural specialties.

 Option 04 One day to Drak Yerpa Hermitage Cave Monastery, Ani Tsankhung Nunnery

Today waht we will visit is Drak Yerpa Hermitage Cave Monastery and Ani Tsankhung Nunnery. After your breakfast at hotel, your private Tibetan guide and driver will meet you in your hotel lobby around 8:30am and we will drive to Drak Yerpa Monastery. We will get to Drak Yerpa around 1 hour later and we will hike up from the parking area to enjoy the sightseeing on the mountain. After 2 and half hours time, we will drive back to Lhasa around 12:30. Your private tour guide will show you restaurants to have lunch. In the afternoon from 4 pm to 5:30pm we will visit Ani Tsankhung Nunnery. 

Drak Yerpa is called Brag Yer-pa in Tibetan language; sometimes local people call it as Yerpa, Dagyeba, Dayerpa or Trayerpa. It is only about 18 km to the east of Lhasa city. Driving straight along the Najin Road till the east suburbs of Lhasa and ascending to the pass of Mt. Najin, we could have few minutes stop on the mountain pass to take photos of the mountain peaks with prayer flags, and the farmland below, then continue to drive down along the mountain road. It is really breathtaking experience. Once we get to the small cross, we will see the Drak Yerpa and we can hike up to this holy site. It locates in the spectacular limestone cliffs of the Yerpa Valley, with an altitude of about 4000 meters.

Situated in the old Tibetan quarter, the Ani Tsankhung Nunnery is difficult to find. Wandering through the busy back alleys south of the Barkhor area in search of the place, can, however, be a wonderful experience. It is located in a yellow building on the street running parallel and north of Chingdol Dong Lu.
