Aug 25 (Wed) -KL team flying KL to Chengdu (Depart at 18:00 & arrive at 22:40 on Air Asia D7 2626, airport-hotel transfer, o/n in a good 3 star hotel (one night accommodation, 2 rooms)

Aug 26 (Thu) – in Chengdu for KL team, hotel-airport transfer, fly to Lhasa by CA4295, 8:10am-10:00 am, for the 3 of you flying Beijing to Lhasa will take flight CA4112, 6:55am-10:50am, one time airport hotel transfer for all of you together, check into Dhood Gu Hotel or Gangjian Hotel or Ramche Hotel or Thangka Hotel, Dekang Hotel or similar nice one (3 star standard Tibetan style hotel, all are nice ones, especially the first 3 hotels are with good locations, not far from Barkhor area), one dinner provided by tour guide

Aug 27 (Fri) - REST DAY (lunch and dinner NOT provided by tour guide, you explore on your own) Barkhor Bazaar & Barkhor pilgrim circuit, Old town walking tour (for those who does not have problem with altitude)

Aug 28 (Sat) - Sightseeing in Lhasa, light walking tour for Jokhang Temple, Lingkhor walking tour (B+L+D) (SHOOTING LOCATION ½ day) Note: city tour, no much walking

Aug 29 (Sun) - Sightseeing in Lhasa: Potala Palace, Sera monastery (monk’s debating activities), (B+L+D) Note city tour little bit walking to visit Potala Palace

Aug 30 (Mon) - Lhasa-Drak Yerpa Monastery (meditation caves)-Ganden Monastery (Ganden Valley view)-Jiama Village (countryside view), Tibetan Family visit, back to Lhasa (about 160km roundtrip) (SHOOTING LOCATION ½ day) Note: low altitude area tour, similar with Lhasa city tour

Aug 31 (Tue) -Lhasa-Nam-Tso Lake-Lhasa (great natural scenery sightseeing tour) (SHOOTING LOCATION ½ day) (B+L+D) Note: just a few hours on high altitude

Sep 1 (Wed) - Lhasa-Shigatse, Tashilhunpo Monastery and local free market), o/n in Shigatse Manasarovar Hotel, (B+L+D)-this is easy trip, Shigatse city altitude is OK, only 250 m higher than Lhasa city, second largest city in Tibet

Sep 2 (Thu) Shigatse-Sakya Monastery (SHOOTING LOCATION ½ day) drive little bit further to stay in Lhatse-Farmer’s Guesthouse-(in the better accommodation section, newly built one), o/n in hotel, (B), Lunch and dinner on your own today

Sep 3 (Fri) Drive Lhatse to Rongphu, trek or take local environmental vehicle to Campsite which is about 3 km to Everest Base Camp, sun set photos of Everest (B+L+D) Note: High altitude

Sep 4 (Sat) –Trek about 3 km to visit Everest in Base Camp (SHOOTING LOCATION ½ day), back to Rongphu Monastery, drive back to Shigatse, o/n in Shigatse Manasarovar Hotel or similar one if late booking, (B+L+D) - back to lower altitude again, so no worry at all

Sep 5 (Sun) – Shigatse-Gyantse (Pelkhor and Kumbum, Gyantse Dzong), o/n in Gyantse Jianzang Hotel, (B+L+D) (SHOOTING LOCATION ½ day) – Note: easy back

Sep 6 (Mon) –Gyantse (Karola Glacier)-Lake Yamdrok Tso-Lhasa (260km), today’s lunch and dinner on your own, o/n in Lhasa

Sep 7 (Tue) - REST DAY in Lhasa (lunch and dinner by yourself)  

Sep 8 (Wed) - Leave Tibet (hotel-airport) for Chengdu or Beijing, etc (breakfasts)
