Included:
1) All necessary Permits: including TTB, Tibet Entry permit and
PSB, Aliens' Travel permit.
2) Accommodation: 3 nights stay in comfortable 3 star standard
hotels in Lhasa
and Shigatse city. 1 night stay nearby EBC in tent or guesthouse according to
the weather, 1 night stay in best available guesthouse in Old Tingri.
3) Meals: All Breakfasts included, See detailed itinerary for
complete listing.
4) One Tibetan and English Speaking tour guide (when leaving Lhasa
on Day3) (due to client’s different entry date in Lhasa, for the city tour
Guide, maybe all of you do not share the same tour guide): All of our guides
are local Tibetans with infectious smiles and a passion for sharing their
homeland. From them you’ll receive extensive information
about the history, geography, culture, religion, traditions, art and music,
etc.
5) Vehicle Rental & Driver: All of our vehicles are well
maintained and safe. Our drivers are experienced in driving in the Tibetan
landscape. Vehicle type will be one tour van or mini bus or bigger bus
according to group size.
6) Entrance Fees: All entrance fees listed in the itinerary, car
parking fee and the fee for Mt. Everest Nature Preserve (except optional sites
which you can decide to pay to visit or not)
7) Petrol and parking fee of the vehicle
8) All transportation in Tibet between sightseeing places
9) Experienced local English-speaking Tibetan tour guide
10) Government Tax
11) Oxygen (Optional per your requests, US$20 per big cylinder of
oxygen, extra recharge fee after the use by yourself, your guide can help you
recharge the oxygen in local hospital)
12) Tibet Entry permit delivery (5-7 days before your arrival), or
urgent delivery (extra charge will be CNY300 per permit, 3-4 days before your
flight to Lhasa)

3) Private expense like laundry, IDD calls, drinks in the room,

4) Extra expenses incurred due to unexpected natural events

As a regulation travel agency we can't supply tourist services for
the following clients:
1. Government officers or officials
2. Ambassadors or the clients who hold diplomatic passports,
military and/or official passports
3. Journalists or reporters
Transportation
The vehicle used for the trip may or may not be air-conditioned,
but due to the unique Tibetan climate it is unlikely air-condition will be
needed. Also, because group size will vary the vehicle may be a van, or
mini-bus or bigger bus (33 seats at most)
Oxygen
Due to the high altitude you may need oxygen if you feel
uncomfortable or have altitude sickness, especially those whose stay is shorter
than 7 days. In this situation, you may tell us your needs in advance, and pay
the surcharge as specified above. Please read over our information
concerning Altitude Sickness.
Accommodations
Three star standard hotels, except around Mt. Everest
where only local and simple guesthouses are available. There is no shower at
the Rongphu Monastery Guesthouse
Meals
Meals are provided when access to local foods is limited, such as
around Mt. Everest Base Camp. In the cities and villages we give you the
opportunity to choose where you dine.
Group tour regulations
Since it is a group tour and the activity for the whole group can
be conducted once, we ask that you arrive on time for all departures from
sites. Important- Please read the following prior to your departure
1. We cannot refund all or part of the tour fee due to your own
causes. Also, we cannot change the set itinerary menu to others. For those
places listed as optional you will be responsible for all costs.
2. While in Tibet,
you must strictly abide by the regulations of the Tibet Tourism Bureau: you
cannot go to places or sites which are not written in the Tibet permit.
Otherwise, it is illegal and you will be fully responsible for any illegal
activity
Tour Guide
We arrange local Tibetan English speaking guide for the whole
group. But if you cannot understand it, or wish to choose a guide suitable for
your language, your personal guide's fee is on your due.
3) We will charge you for 105$ per person as a deposit for booking
the tour (by PayPal Payment to sales AT TibetCtrip DOT com), PayPal charges us
5 USD as the fee).
